DigitalOIT is led by Mike Allison, a former global IT executive with more than 25 years of leadership experience across enterprise IT, M&A, and digital transformation. Mike has managed portfolios worth nearly a billion dollars, overseen enterprise readiness for hundreds of new products and services, and led global platform rollouts impacting thousands of employees.

One of his most visible achievements was the turnaround of a high-stakes ServiceNow program at HP. In just seven months, that program was rebuilt from the ground up—delivering:

  • 107 process automations
  • 21 interfaces
  • A scalable platform powering transformation across IT, data centers, and global support systems

Result: 69% recovery of sunk vendor cost and a foundation that enabled HP’s multi-tenant Device as a Service (DaaS) business.
