Meet Mike Allison

With more than 25 years in IT leadership, I’ve guided organizations through transformations at scale — from global IT modernizations and M&A integrations to product readiness and enterprise platform rollouts. My focus has always been on execution: aligning technology with business outcomes and leading teams through complexity.

Over the course of my career, I managed portfolios worth nearly a billion dollars, oversaw enterprise readiness for hundreds of products, and steered platform implementations that reshaped operations and governance. These experiences led me to develop the principles that became the LDEO Framework™ — a structured model to close the execution gap, later formalized during one of the most complex ServiceNow turnarounds on record.

Today, as founder of DigitalOIT, I partner with CIOs and COOs to apply that model, helping leaders turn strategy into results that last.
